Her Story

Chef Kay was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, where a full table was never optional. Her chef journey started in Destin, Florida, the place that turned a love for cooking into a calling. In 2025 she brought it all to Atlanta with one mission: give Southern cuisine a fresh, young flair and a little more elegance, without ever losing the soul of it.

Before the kitchen, she was a star on the basketball court. That athlete's discipline still shows up on every plate: the focus, the timing, the refusal to cut corners.

Off the clock she is a big sister, a proud auntie, and the family member everyone leans on. Thoughtful, warm, and a little bit of a softie, she cooks the way she loves: all the way in. When you sit at her table, you feel it.
